Been with you since the beginning. You are a beautiful soul. I think raw vegan is very hard. Including as much raw as you can is great, but it is not essential. Rice and tofu are perfectly healthy. Don't ever stop eating them! The reason your skin is breaking out is because of toxins. It will get better; I promise. If I could give you one piece of advice (as I am 12 years vegan and almost 60 years old), it would be to NOT compare yourself with anyone else. Comparison is the thief of joy. As you have always told others, YOU do YOU. Healing is slow and there is no particular time in which people must heal. We experience life in order to be helpful to others who are having the same experience at some point after us. You life is helping others. Trust me. You are in my prayers, MT. You are loved.

I used to love fried food, and now I feel disgusted the very few times I eat something oily. Hanki's tastebuds will change for sure. We have enzymes in our mouth that make bitter green leafy vegetables taste sweeter the more we eat them. Basically, whatever we eat, we crave so don't think the craving for gluten and fried will always be there. It won't. The craving for vegetables will be there instead if you eat a lot of vegetables.

You look great. I really want to try this, i too have an old school zoodle i bought years ago at Aldi. I'll see if i can find the sesame noodles at the international market. You are beautiful and it sounds like you have been on a journey mentally & physically. I do wonder how you are getting enough protein in your diet if you’re not eating cooked food? You need protein to maintain muscle. I know you can get protein from whole grains, beans, legumes, lentils, tofu(soybeans) & rice. Have you tried doing arm exercises since that’s what you are self conscious about? Your hair is beautiful.
